Roller-Blot has been designed for busy molecular biology laboratories and is suitable for most blotting techniques using either radioactive or fluorescent probes. This bench standing unit accommodates a full range of hybridization vessels held within the heated chamber. Access to the chamber is via a heavy duty lift-up canopy which gives extra protection during use thus allowing the user to work with confidence. Wide-neck vessels allow easy insertion/removal of membranes. Tube rack stand is available for holding 3 x 80 mm diameter tubes, 3 x 44 mm diameter tubes and their end caps.
Precise control of the heated chamber ensures the best results at all times. Using the largest tube available, membranes of up to 228 mm can be used. Internal dimensions: 270 mm W x 320 mm D x 250 mm H. External dimensions: 325 mm W x 555 mm D x 375 mm H.
