Diol-functionalized silica is a polar bonded SPE sorbent, less polar compared with silica and suitable for the extraction of very polar analytes from nonpolar nonaqueous sample matrices. It can also be used as a nonpolar sorbent for the extraction of relatively nonpolar analytes from aqueous sample matrices. Columns are made of polypropylene and feature Luer-slip outlet.
