Advanced unit is ideal for critical firing procedures for ceramics, glass, metals and others. QEX provides the flexibility to program any combination of time (0 to 99.59 minutes) and temperature (50 to 1,250°C) with or without vacuum (to 10 torr; vacuum pump dependent). Temperature ramp rate (positive or negative) is 0.1 to 220°C per minute. Operation is user friendly. Features include alphanumeric program names, memory cards and security lock. Six programs can be loaded simultaneously with up to fifty segments per program. Programmable gas backfill allows firing in desired atmosphere. The durable, fast cooling, sprial quarts muffle ensures superior heat distribution and long life.
