Lab Exhaust Snorkels are suitable for the removal of heat or nuisance fumes. Exhaust Snorkels need to be tied into the general exhaust for the lab. Each lab snorkel is furnished with 5.5" mini hood that will accept the optional hoods noted. The two outermost joints can rotate and swivel 360°. These lab snorkel exhausts are designed to be mounted from the wall or ceiling. Complete mounting components and hardware are included with each snorkel. Original model is a robust and reliable all-around exhaust snorkel for general applications where there is little risk of electrical discharges or attack by aggressive chemicals.
Combination Hood is a transparent hood, made of PET-G, it is designed to capture contaminants with low energy. It can be attached directly on a mini hood, irrespective of arm size. The ergonomics of handle design on both sides of the hood make it easier to maneuver.
Metal Hood is a powder coated white metal hood, made of aluminum, it is designed to capture contaminants high in temperature, aggressive fumes where corrosion resistance must be assured. It can be attached directly on a mini hood, irrespective of arm size.
