Unbuffered Blood Bank Saline is manufactured as a red blood cell washing fluid and isotonic diluent in immunohematology and general laboratory test procedures. The product is sodium chloride 0.90% w/v, pH 6.0 – 7.5 at 25?C and formulated as a sterile isotonic solution.
