Set of lentivirus (EF1A-driven LIN28, NANOG, SOX2, OCT3/4, KLF4 and C-MYC)

This set contains six EF1A-driven vectors: LIN28 (PLV-10015), NANOG (PLV-10014), SOX2 (PLV-10013), OCT3/4 (PLV-10012), KLF4 (PLV-10011) and C-MYC (PLV-10010). Human elongation factor-1 alpha (EF-1 alpha) is a constitutive promoter of human origin that can be used to drive ectopic gene expression in various in vitro and in vivo contexts. EF-1 alpha (or EF1a) is often useful in conditions where other promoters (such as CMV) have diminished activity or have been silenced (as in embryonic stem cells).
