The Agilent AriaMx Real-Time PCR system is a fully integrated qPCR solution for amplification, detection, and data analysis, combining a novel thermal cycler, an advanced optical system with LED excitation source, and comprehensive data analysis software.

AriaMx has a closed-tube PCR detection format and can be used with many fluorescence detection chemistries, including SYBR Green and EvaGreen dyes, and fluorogenic probe systems such as TaqMan. Functional reporting, more than 120 attributes, and built-in diagnostics assist in troubleshooting. A modular and flexible design with intuitive touch-screen interface improves productivity and the efficiency of lab operations management.

Usable with many fluorescence detection chemistries, including SYBR Green and EvaGreen dyes, and fluorogenic probe systems such as TaqMan; Ultra-Fast cycling  enables you to complete your study in a timely fashion; Modular optical cartridges allow for seamless in-lab upgrades; Multiplex capability with six filters for five plexing; Supports applications which include: Gene Expression, Comparative Quantification (Single-Plex and Multiplex), Quantitative PCR (Single-Plex and Multiplex), Genotyping, Allele Discrimination, NGS Library Quantification, and more. High Resolution Melt Analysis Software

• The AriaMx PCR System includes powerful High Resolution Melt (HRM) analysis software suitable for genotyping and a range of other research applications. The software package helps you to develop a more efficient genomics workflow and works with the standard AriaMx setup.  The AriaMx HRM QPCR Software uses fast scanning capabilities and an algorithm that interpolates the maximum Tm peak value instead of the highest melt peak value. This ensures that the system can gain accurate HRM results from a single scan. It is also possible to save and re-use existing experiment setups.
