MPure™ Forensic DNA Extraction Kit

MPure FFPE DNA Extraction Kit is used with the MPure-12 Nucleic Acid Purification aNAP System for the extraction and purification of genomic DNA from FFPE (Formalin-Fixed, Paraffin-Embedded) tissue samples, providing high quality, high integrity DNA for Molecular Diagnostics and research use.

Key Applications:The extracted and purified DNA is compatible with the Quantifiler® Human, Quantifiler® Y Human Male, Quantifiler® Duo DNA Quantification Kits and Investigator® Quantiplex kit, and for use in STR amplification using the AmpFlSTR® PCR Amplification kit.
Application Areas:Nucleic Acid Purification - genomic DNA from Forensic samples.

Storage & Handling:Store at room temperature (15-25ºC). Do not freeze the reagent cartridges. The Kits are stable for 12 months under these conditions. Store the purified DNA at 4ºC (short-term) or aliquot and store at -70°C (long-term) before performing the downstream analysis
