The kit is designed for rapid DNA isolation from a variety of samples including buccal swab, virginal swab, and others, such as blood, dried blood, sperm etc. The onetube manipulation can minimize cross-contamination between specimens, and whole procedure only takes approximately 15 minutes. Purified swab DNA can be directly used for PCR.
