Tris-Glycine Buffer is used for polyacrylamide electrophoresis (Laemmil 1970). Can be use in both native and denaturing (SDS) polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of proteins The versatility of Tris-Glycine buffer enables the accurate separation of protein in the range of 5 to 500KDa.
Store at +4°C. Keep dry. Warm to room temperature before opening.
