Relevance: This monoclonal is a potent neutralizer of toxin (IC50 = 20 ng/ml) in vitro and protects mice against ETX challenge (100% protection with 1 mg/kg against 30 LD50).
Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: Recommended antibody concentration from 10 – 100 ng/mL.
WB: This antibody has not been tested in Western Blot analysis.
Storage: 2-3 weeks +4°C, -80°C long term. Avoid repeated freeze/thaws.
