This matrix is coupled through a stable, leak resistant linkage over a wide pH range. May also be used to immunoprecipitate Protein A produced by prokaryotic expression systems. IgG (Rabbit)-Separopore® 4B is suitable for antibody purification or to remove unwanted cross-reactivity.
