- Per L of media, disolve the following in 10 mL of a 50% solution of ethanol.
- Cycloheximide: 0.4 g
- Colistin sulfide: 0.02 g
- Fosfomycin: 0.01 g
- Acriflavine: 5.0 mg
- Cerofotetan: 2.0 mg
- Filter sterilize antibiotic mix and add to L of autoclaved media after it has cooled.
