Bioscience-ready Helios Gamma Spectrophotometer can be read in UV-Visible (Gamma) range. It is a single beam, basic-scanning spectrophotometer with peak picking ability. Feature up to 20 wavelengths and 30 methods storage capacity, password protection, Quartz-coated optics, RS-232C interface, autozero function and the ability to hold six ratio methods and 4 calibration curves in memory. Measurement modes include timed measurement intervals, Conc., Conc. factor ratio, corrected ratio, nucleic acid ratio and active display of Absorbance/% Transmission after initialization. New model is compatible with Vision 32 PC software for extensive data manipulation.
The Helios Beta Spectrophotometer measures in the UV-Visible range. The Beta is a single-beam scanning UV-Vis. Iinclude all the features of the Gamma models with additional functions including an integrated 1.44MB, 3.5" floppy disk drive, unlimited storage of methods, accessory methods and results, standard seven position, thermostatable cell changer and extended programming capabilities. Operation is completely menu-driven.
